Alambra Halloumi is a traditional Cypriot PDO cheese made the classic way from a blend of pasteurised cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. Its firm texture and distinctive “squeaky” bite make it ideal for grilling, frying, barbecuing or enjoying fresh in salads and wraps. Bathed in brine and finished with just a hint of mint, this halloumi brings rich Mediterranean character and versatility to your deli counter.

Serve it hot off the grill with lemon and herbs, pan‑fried until golden for burgers and sandwiches, or cold with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers drizzled with olive oil.
