We work with a number of coffee roasters to bring you a changing selection of fresh coffees.  These coffees always come from small batch producers who we select for their quality and principles/sustainability behind their sourcing.

The coffee can be chosen in a number of weights and ground as follows;

Whole bean – coffee not ground

Extra Fine – similar to powdered sugar, this size is suitable for making Turkish coffee.

Fine – similar to table salt, this grind is suitable for espresso machines.

Medium Fine – slightly more coarse than fine, this is suitable for pour-over and Aeropress.

Medium – similar to sand, this is suitable for drip coffee makers.

Coarse – similar to sea salt. this is used for French press and cold brew.
