Bomba rice is regarded as the premium rice for making Paella, grown in the Valencia region of Spain. The grains will absorb any rich flavours, taking on up to three time its own volume of stock whilst remaining light and fluffy and not becoming mushy. These short, round grains will remain separate and deliver a perfect consistency every time.
